sali rin ako,since my 1st accident i wear a ordinary helmet lng madali ako ng 3cycle and i hit the driver!maximum speed is 80kph un basag ung ulo ng driver ng 3cycle an big thanks sa helmet wala akong dali sa head,after that bumili ako ng brand helmet so guys hindi masama ang konting payo pra sa ka2lad nting motorista...

I do wear gears (helmets) especially on national highways, like sir Ironwolf ganun din preference ko.

Knee & shin protector during long rides ko lang ginagamit...,,, Ride safe na lang po lagi, Ride Defensively!!!!

i do the same, i never used my bike without my helmet. this for my own safety. its already a part in my uniform pag pumapasok ako sa work.hehehehehe.kaya laging magulo buhok ko pagdating sa work.

jackets, long pants, shoes, gloves and helmet will do, kung malapitan lang ang byahe ok na ang helmet, atleast protektado ka sa ano mang head injuries, at iwas pa huli sa mga trafic infocer, mas mura pa nga ang helmet kaysa sa multa na riding motorcycle with out helmet....
