LTO PARTNERS WITH MCPF FOR IT’S ROAD SAFETY PROGRAM

A formal Memorandum of Agreement was signed by the LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE represented by Asec. General Arturo Lomibao and the MOTORCYCLE PHILIPPINES FEDERATION represented by Directors Atoy Sta. Cruz and Jojo Medina. With regards to the nationwide ROAD SAFETY CAMPAIGN by the LTO.

Asec. Lomibao in his speech stated that an average of 41 people die daily due to road accidents and LTO welcomes MCPF in it’s drive to educate motorcycle riders and to lower down the accident level for motorcycle riders. The program has started in Pangasinan in August of 2009 and will cover big cities all the way to Mindanao.
